Service options
- At-home plant-sitting: Our experts can visit your home one, two, or three times a week to water your plants.
- Plant nursery drop-off: Bring your plants to one of our plant nurseries, where our experts will take care of them. You can either bring your plants to us yourself or we can arrange a pickup service for you if you have many or heavy plants.
How it works
- Express your interest: Contact us to let us know you’re interested in our plant-sitting service.
- Share plant details: Send us photos and videos of your plants so we can understand their number and size. Share everything we need to know about them!
- Schedule visits: If you choose at-home plant-sitting, we’ll arrange the frequency of our visits based on your plants’ needs and your watering schedule.
- Confirm and connect: Once everything is confirmed and paid, we’ll create a WhatsApp chat with you and your plant expert. This is where you’ll coordinate key handovers or plant drop-offs. We’ll also keep you updated with regular photos and videos of your plants.
Plan ahead: For the best experience, book our service at least a month before your trip. Last-minute bookings are also possible, depending on availability.
Preparing your plants at home
- Gather them: Collect all your plants in one place before you leave (keep pest-infested plants separate).
- Protect your space: Cover wooden floors to avoid water damage.
- Avoid sun and heat: Keep plants away from direct sunlight and heat. Adjust the shades and the temperature if possible.
